Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract will be services consisting in the preparation of documentation for change management, risk analysis and safety assessment pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2018/545 and Regulation (EU) No 402/2013 (CSM), including the activities of an assessment body (AsBo). The dynamic purchasing system is divided into the following categories in accordance with Section 138(1) of the ZZVZ: 1. Category: Change management and risk analysis pursuant to CSM 2. Category: Safety assessment (AsBo) The subject matter of the contract is services consisting in the preparation of change evaluations, including related documentation, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2018/545 and Regulation (EU) No 402/2013. The subject matter of the public contracts will be services consisting in the independent safety assessment of changes by an accredited assessment body (Assessment Body – AsBo), including the preparation of a safety assessment report pursuant to the relevant legislation, in accordance with the Contracting Authority’s current needs.
