Czechia – Heating oil – Supplies of heating oil for DSP Tmavý Důl for the period 2026–2028

Opportunity description

The subject matter of the public contract is the ongoing supply of extra-light low-sulfur heating oil (hereinafter also referred to as “TOEL”) to two tankers at the Tmavý Důl Social Care Home (hereinafter also referred to as the “fuel storage facility”) for the contracting authority’s needs, in an estimated quantity of 170,000 liters for the duration of the framework agreement within the meaning of Section 131 of the Act (hereinafter referred to as the “framework agreement”), according to the specification in Annex No. 3 to the procurement conditions. The result of the public contract will be the conclusion of a framework agreement between the contracting authority and one selected supplier. On the basis of this framework agreement, individual purchase contracts (in the form of orders from the contracting authority confirmed by the supplier) will subsequently be concluded for the above-mentioned subject matter. The above-mentioned estimated quantity is indicative; the actual quantity for the duration of the framework agreement will be ordered according to the contracting authority’s current needs. TOEL will be used as fuel for heat production – the contracting authority uses a B40A-2.2H oil burner, 95-350 kW, manufactured by Bentone, with LMO24 control. The contracting authority stipulates the condition that its existing burners must not be damaged during the delivery period by oil unsuitable for this type of burner. Procedure: open.
