Opportunity description

The subject matter of the public contract (hereinafter referred to as the “public contract”) is the provision of freight transport using vehicles with a payload capacity of 14–18 tonnes (4 axles), within the scope of the draft Framework Agreement for the Provision of Services, which forms Annex No. 1 to this procurement documentation. The Framework Agreement will be concluded with at least one and no more than two participants in the procurement procedure, with the participants in the Framework Agreement being selected in accordance with Section 133(2) of the Act, for a period of 24 months or until the contract’s financial limit is exhausted. Individual public contracts (orders for performance) will be awarded pursuant to Section 132(3) of the Act without reopening competition among the participants in the Framework Agreement. When concluding an individual order for the performance of the public contract, the Contracting Authority will proceed by always inviting the participant who ranked first in the evaluation of tenders (Provider No. 1). If Provider No. 1 refuses to accept the order, the Contracting Authority will invite the participant who ranked next in the evaluation of tenders (Provider No. 2). Procedure: open.
