The subject matter of the public contract is related to the Contracting Authority’s project “ECOCYCLE COMPACT: ADVANCED GREEN TECH SOLUTIONS FOR EFFICIENT RECYCLING”, which focuses on industrial research, experimental development and prototyping of an innovative compact compactor
Opportunity description
The subject matter of the public contract is related to the Contracting Authority’s project “ECOCYCLE COMPACT: ADVANCED GREEN TECH SOLUTIONS FOR EFFICIENT RECYCLING”, which focuses on industrial research, experimental development and prototyping of an innovative compact compactor for small and medium-sized operations. The Contracting Authority’s project, under which the supplies and services are being procured, is co-financed by the Operational Programme Technologies and Applications for Competitiveness, under the Applications programme – Call III – DEEP TECH (registration number: CZ.01.01.01/01/24_063/0006887). The Contracting Authority has divided the subject matter of the public contract into 8 separate lots. The subject matter of this lot of the public contract is an expert analysis of the cybersecurity of the digital, operational and diagnostic data of the ECOCYCLE COMPACT compactor prototype under development, the design of appropriate security measures, expert assistance with their incorporation and limited verification of selected measures on the prototype. The subject matter of this lot of the public contract is the preparation of a strength analysis and structural verification of the pressing frame of the newly developed compactor, including the design and verification of key structural nodes and the creation of methodologies for their further development. The subject matter is the supply of 1 press brake. The CNC press brake is an electro-hydraulic pressing machine designed for the precise bending of metal components with high accuracy. It is equipped with CNC control for programming bending operations, which will enable easy modification of production and adaptation of the design of parts as needed. The minimum technical specification of the equipment is provided in the procurement documents. The subject matter of this service is the industrial design of the equipment and methodological support for ergonomic verification using virtual reality (VR). The objective is to create modern industrial equipment corresponding to current trends in industrial design, ergonomics, serviceability, safety and manufacturing feasibility. The objective of this service is to prepare a comprehensive study focused on the implementation of augmented reality (AR) and remote assistance in the compactor’s maintenance and servicing processes. The study will address the possibilities of using AR to effectively support workers during assembly, diagnostics, maintenance and servicing, with an emphasis on eliminating technical risks and reducing the costs of service trips. The subject matter of the service is the preparation of an expert study and an advisory proposal for the implementation of a digital work guide and documentation system for the production and assembly of the ECOCYCLE COMPACT compactor. The service will be based on the available structural design of the prototype, production and assembly documentation, the Contracting Authority’s existing work procedures, the information systems used and the requirements of workers involved in production, assembly, inspection and document management. The subject matter is the supply of material for the construction of a new-generation frame based on the design of frame 1301-566c (see Annex No. 1 to the procurement documents). The new frame, which is currently under development, will be approximately 1.5× larger than the existing version. The supplier shall ensure complete delivery, i.e.: supply of material, supply of flame-cut parts, welding, machining, quality control, marking, packaging, transport to the Contracting Authority, documentation. The subject matter is the supply of 1 laser welding workstation enabling the safe manual laser welding of steel, stainless-steel and aluminium parts at the Contracting Authority’s production facility. The minimum technical specification of the equipment is provided in the procurement documents. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 10,824,526 CZK.
