The subject matter of the public contract is the eHealth and interoperability of the Institute of Rheumatology in Prague under the project eHealth and interoperability of the Institute of Rheumatology in Prague, CZ.31.1.0/0.0/0.0/23_088/0011188. The subject matter of the project is the delivery and implementation of a solution within the scope set out in the annex to these procurement documents (Technical Specification), including in particular the modernization and expansion of the functionalities of the hospital information system, laboratory information system, PACS system, long-term electronic archive of medical documentation, and patient portal, including ensuring interoperability with eHealth systems and integration interfaces in accordance with the standards defined in the Technical Specification, under the project eHealth and interoperability of the Institute of Rheumatology in Prague. The objective of the public contract is the electronization (digitalization) of medical documentation and processes in the provision of health services, increased primary and secondary use of data, and improved interoperability through systems for the exchange or sharing of standardized electronic medical documentation as part of the electronization of healthcare in the Czech Republic (exchange networks and affinity domains at the level of regions, administrative regions, communities of health service providers, or the entire Czech Republic) and the electronization of the cross-border exchange of medical documentation (National Contact Point for eHealth (NCPeH) and the digital health services infrastructure (eHDSI) of EU Member States), as well as the use of central digital services and electronic healthcare registers (Integrated Health Data Interface (IDRR)), as necessary conditions for healthcare interoperability and electronization, and the automated electronic transfer of data to national health registers and information systems of the NZIS and public health protection. The detailed technical specification of the subject matter of the public contract, including the required minimum technical parameters, is set out in Annex No. 4 to the procurement documents – Technical Specification and in the Draft License and Works Contract as Annex No. 3. The stated specification is binding for the performance of the subject matter of this public contract (hereinafter the “subject matter of the public contract”). Each item of the supplied subject matter of performance must be new, must be intended for the Czech (EU) market, and must be fully supported by the manufacturer's service center. Procedure: open.
