Opportunity description

The subject matter of the public contract is a software solution for a payroll, personnel and attendance information system, whose end users will be entities of the Statutory City of Ústí nad Labem—in this phase, the City Municipal Office and 4 city districts (which further include the city archive and municipal police), with implementation in stages defined by the target concept. The system will contain at least 3 main logical units (modules): • Personnel Management • Payroll • Attendance The performance also includes services associated with the delivery, installation and configuration, setup and consolidation, and integration of the subject matter of the delivery and its future operation in the contracting authority's technological environment. As part of the delivery, the selected supplier will also prepare the target concept and provide training for the contracting authority's operators (administrators) and users. The subject matter of the public contract further includes support for the delivered solution to the extent specified by the requirements set out in the technical specification (Annex No. 6a and No. 6b to the procurement documentation) for all delivered software licences, services and work and under the terms of the Operational Support Services Agreement (see Annex No. 4b). In addition to support, the selected supplier will also provide development services according to the contracting authority's requirements.
