Opportunity description

The purpose of this procurement procedure is, in accordance with Section 130 et seq. of the ZZVZ, to conclude a framework agreement with one supplier, the subject of which will be the conclusion of a framework agreement establishing the contractual terms and conditions for the performance of specific contracts for the continuous provision of IT Delivery Manager services. These services include the services of the subject-matter guarantor of the project “Development of the Nationwide Nature Conservation Information System (ISOP)” (hereinafter referred to as the Project), in cooperation with the Contracting Authority’s internal project team during the term of this framework agreement, to the following extent: (1) managing changes in ISOP according to the instructions of the individual guarantors in connection with fulfilling the Project’s objectives, (2) coordinating implementation among the guarantors of specialist agendas, the Contracting Authority’s internal teams, and existing and future IT suppliers, (3) coordinating the IT requirements of the Contracting Authority’s other departments in relation to ISOP, (4) breaking down the project into individual contracts and preparing expert technical specifications for procurement procedures for the supply of parts of ISOP related to fulfilling the Project’s objectives, (5) evaluating proposed alternatives and preparing supporting materials for the Contracting Authority’s decision-making, (6) prioritizing changes, ensuring delivery, and communicating with all affected stakeholders, (7) coordinating the activities of IT service providers, (8) accepting and inspecting the performance of contracts and orders, (9) guaranteeing the quality of outputs in relation to the Project, (10) addressing objections concerning the quality of delivered outputs within Project communications, (11) defining the SLA and the service and development model, (12) transitioning implemented solutions and changes into production operation.
