The subject matter of this public contract is the supply of 6 linear infusion pumps as part of the replacement of infusion equipment for the ICU of the 1st Department of Orthopaedics of the First Faculty of Medicine, Charles University and Motol University Hospital (hereinafter referred to as the “device”), in accordance with the binding tender conditions. The subject matter further includes: (i.) installation and commissioning of the device, including verification of its functionality and performance of all prescribed examinations and tests; (ii.) instruction/training of healthcare personnel, which shall be carried out by a person authorized for this purpose pursuant to Section 41 of Act No. 375/2022 Coll., on medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices (hereinafter referred to as “Act No. 375/2022 Coll.”); (iii.) warranty servicing of the device, which shall be carried out by a person authorized to perform this activity on the basis of the manufacturer’s certificate confirming the service technician’s training pursuant to Sections 44–46 of Act No. 375/2022 Coll.
