The subject of the Work “Reconstruction and supplementation of the transmission network for ERTMS - supplementation of BTS GSM-R” is: a) Preparation of the Design Documentation for the execution of the railway construction (PDPS), which will elaborate and define the construction requirements in detail, specifying the subject of the Work while taking into account specific products, supplied technologies, technological procedures, and the construction Contractor’s production conditions, including assessment of conformity or suitability for use of an interoperability constituent or an EC declaration of verification of the subsystem by a notified body. b) Performance of Designer’s Supervision during construction. c) Execution of the construction in accordance with the reviewed Design Documentation.
