The subject of the public contract is the provision of services consisting of property insurance and liability insurance for damage for the City of Vsetín. The property insurance and liability insurance for damage for the City of Vsetín includes: a) property insurance i. insurance against natural hazards ii. insurance against theft iii. insurance against vandalism iv. glass insurance v. electronics insurance b) liability insurance for damage The insurance terms and scope required by the contracting authority, including the conditions for participation in the procurement procedure, are set out in the procurement documentation. These are the contracting authority's minimum requirements. Suppliers may offer terms more advantageous to the contracting authority (limits and sublimits of insurance benefits higher than required, lower deductibles, etc.).
