Opportunity description

The subject matter of this public contract (hereinafter also the “VZ”) is the provision of an asymmetric internet service for data transmission at selected workplaces of the Financial Administration (hereinafter the “FS”), in accordance with the conditions set out in the draft Contracts for the Provision of Electronic Communications Services (hereinafter also the “contract” or “draft contract”), which form Annex No. 1 to the ZD (a separate draft contract for each part of the VZ). The public contract is divided into 3 separate parts within the meaning of the provisions of Sections 35 and 101 of the ZZVZ, structured as follows: Part 1 – South Bohemian Region (hereinafter “Part 1”), Part 2 – Plzeň Region (hereinafter “Part 2”), Part 3 – Prague (hereinafter “Part 3”). 1) Subject matter of performance of Part 1 The subject matter of performance of Part 1 is the provision of an asymmetric internet service for data transmission to cloud services at selected FS workplaces in the South Bohemian Region, in accordance with the draft contract set out in Annex No. 1 to the ZD. The subject matter of performance will be provided at 8 locations; see Art. 4.2. 2) Subject matter of performance of Part 2 The subject matter of performance of Part 2 is the provision of an asymmetric internet service for data transmission to cloud services at selected FS workplaces in the Plzeň Region, in accordance with the draft contract set out in Annex No. 1 to the ZD. The subject matter of performance will be provided at 3 locations; see Art. 4.2. 3) Subject matter of performance of Part 3 The subject matter of performance of Part 3 is the provision of an asymmetric internet service for data transmission to cloud services at selected FS workplaces in the capital city of Prague, in accordance with the draft contract set out in Annex No. 1 to the ZD. The subject matter of performance will be provided at 15 locations; see Art. 4.2. More detailed specifications of the subject matter of performance of the individual parts of the VZ and the conditions are set out in the individual draft contracts, which form Annex No. 1 to the ZD. The subject matter of performance of Part 1 is the provision of an asymmetric internet service for data transmission to cloud services at selected FS workplaces in the South Bohemian Region, in accordance with the draft contract set out in Annex No. 1 to the ZD.
