Opportunity description

The subject matter of the public contract is the supply of catering equipment to the newly constructed Palackého Kindergarten building in Jablonec nad Nisou. The subject matter of the contract is precisely described in the project documentation: a) production, which includes: • verification of dimensions in the rooms of the newly constructed Kindergarten building, • cooperation with the construction contractor STRABAG Pozemní a inženýrské stavitelství s.r.o., with regard to construction readiness for connecting the supplied technological equipment to the utility systems, • arranging production or purchase, • assembly, • packaging to prevent damage during transport, b) delivery, which includes: • loading, • transport, • correct placement of the supplied catering technology equipment in the Buyer's building, c) installation in the relevant rooms of the newly constructed kindergarten building, which includes: • any necessary fastening (anchoring) to the structure (walls, floors, etc.), including the material required for fastening, • connection to electricity, water, sewerage systems, etc. – including the relevant materials, inspections, tests, etc., • disposal of waste generated during installation (including disposal of packaging), • implementation of measures to prevent damage to the building (wall coverings, tiles, paintwork, coatings, floor coverings, installed equipment, etc.); in the event of damage, everything must be repaired and restored to its original condition, • cleaning of the supplied technological equipment, • complete cleaning of the areas affected by the installation and other necessary related activities. d) provision of detailed training for the Buyer in the operation of the Goods and familiarization with maintenance procedures and methods.
