Opportunity description
The subject matter of the Public Contract is the upgrade of the Contracting Authority’s robotic platform manufactured by HighResBiosolutions Ltd., installed at ÚMTM LF UPOL, through the performance of the individual lots of the Public Contract. The Public Contract is divided into 3 lots with the following subject matters: a) Lot 1: Pipettor for contactless pipetting of nanoliter volumes The subject matter of this lot of the Public Contract is the supply of a flexible pipetting system for contactless pipetting of nano- to milliliter volumes of aqueous solutions, 100% dimethyl sulfoxide, cell suspensions, detergents, proteins, and nanoparticles, with the possibility of connection to a robotic system for high-throughput testing of the activity of new chemical substances. b) Lot 2: Microplate shaker optimized for robotic integration The subject matter of this lot of the Public Contract is the supply of 2 compact microplate shakers intended for high-throughput shaking of 384- and 1536-well microplates. The equipment must be fully compatible with robotic handling systems and intended for integration into an automated laboratory line for high-throughput screening (HTS). c) Lot 3: Pipettor for automatic dispensing of liquids into microtiter plates The subject matter of this lot of the Public Contract is the supply of an automatic liquid dispenser based on the principle of a peristaltic pump for precise and reproducible dispensing of liquids into 384- to 1536-well microplates. The equipment must be intended for high-throughput screening (HTS), capable of dispensing a wide range of liquids capable of dispensing various types of liquids and suspensions, such as: cell suspensions, viscous solutions, detergents, (for details, see the Technical Specification). including cell suspensions, viscous solutions, detergents, and fully prepared for integration into a robotic system. The minimum requirements for the subject matter of the Public Contract are defined by the technical, commercial, or other contractual conditions attached to the procurement documentation. In particular, by the Technical Specifications and the binding Wording of the Contract. The wording of the contract is identical for all lots of the Public Contract, with only minor differences stated directly in the document. The Technical Specifications differ between the individual lots of the Public Contract. The subject matter of Lot 1 of the Public Contract is the supply of 1 pipettor for contactless pipetting of nanoliter volumes. It is a flexible pipetting system for contactless pipetting of nano- to milliliter volumes of aqueous solutions, 100% dimethyl sulfoxide, cell suspensions, detergents, proteins, and nanoparticles, with the possibility of connection to a robotic system for high-throughput testing of the activity of new chemical substances. The minimum requirements for the subject matter of Lot 1 of the Public Contract are defined by the technical, commercial, or other contractual conditions attached to the procurement documentation. In particular, by the Technical Specifications and the binding Wording of the Contract. As part of the Subject of Purchase, the Seller shall also perform installation and training of the Buyer’s users by a qualified employee. The subject matter of Lot 3 of the Public Contract is the supply of 1 pipettor for automatic dispensing of liquids into microtiter plates. It is an automatic liquid dispenser based on the principle of a peristaltic pump for precise and reproducible dispensing of liquids into 384- to 1536-well microplates. The subject matter of Lot 2 of the Public Contract is the supply of 2 compact microplate shakers intended for high-throughput shaking of 384- and 1536-well microplates. The equipment must be fully compatible with robotic handling systems and intended for integration into an automated laboratory line for high-throughput screening (HTS). The minimum requirements for the subject matter of the Public Contract are defined by the technical, commercial, or other contractual conditions attached to the procurement documentation. In particular, by the Technical Specifications and the binding Wording of the Contract. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 4,410,000 CZK.
