Opportunity description

The subject matter of the public contract being awarded (hereinafter referred to as the “public contract”) is legal services and legal advice under Act No. 85/1996 Coll., on the Legal Profession, specifically the provision of legal services and advice in the field of civil and commercial law (including corporate law in relation to municipal companies and contributory organizations) to the extent set out in the Framework Agreement (Annex No. 1 to these tender documents): • Preparation / review / commenting on contractual documentation (contracts, amendments, orders); • Property-law and rights-in-rem agenda (acquisition/loss of rights, termination of contracts, acquisitive prescription, public auctions; purchase/exchange/donation/lease/sublease/loan-for-use agreements, right of superficies, easements, future agreements, innominate contracts, memoranda, etc.); • Corporate / municipal companies and contributory organizations agenda (bodies, the city’s relationships with municipal companies/contributory organizations, related documentation – particularly contractual); • Legal opinions / analyses / research / consultations, participation in meetings; • PPP / project contractual agenda (PPP, change of developer, sublicensing of project documentation, amendments, etc.); • Copyright law (justification for the use of the Prague Capital City logo, proceedings before the Industrial Property Office, analyses and opinions); • Insurance law (e.g. modification of insurance terms and conditions, including a proposed solution).
