Opportunity description

This procurement procedure is divided into three parts, while in each part a framework agreement will be concluded under which individual public contracts will be awarded. The subject matter of the individual contracts is the provision of services by suppliers for the Target Entities to the extent specified in the binding templates of the framework agreements for the individual parts of the public contract, which are Annexes Nos. 3a, 3b and 3c to the procurement documentation. The subject matter of the individual public contracts will be the provision of technical advisory services, which will include the provision of technical advice, the preparation of opinions and comments in this area, technical advice on procurement or project documentation, active participation in resolving technical matters, the provision of technical consultations, including methodological services, reviews and proposals for modifications to technical calculations, and the provision of user support and training in the technical field, all to the extent and in the areas defined by the objectives of the Components. The subject matter of the individual public contracts will be the provision of financial services (including strategic and project advisory services), which will include the provision of financial, strategic and project advice, the preparation of opinions and comments in this area, financial advice during the preparation of procurement or contractual documentation, active participation in resolving financial, strategic and/or project matters, the provision of financial, strategic and/or project consultations, including methodological services, reviews and proposals for modifications to financial models, and the provision of user support and training in the financial, strategic and/or project field, all to the extent and in the areas defined by the objectives of the Components.
