Opportunity description

• The subject matter of the public contract is the continuous supply of medical protective equipment - face masks for the General University Hospital in Prague (hereinafter referred to as “VFN”). • The subject matter of the public contract (hereinafter also referred to as the “VZ”) is also defined by the binding draft contracts, which constitute Annex No. 2 to the tender conditions (Annex No. 2a for Part 1 of the VZ, Annex No. 2b for Part 2 of the VZ, Annex No. 2c for Part 3 of the VZ, Annex No. 2d for Part 4 of the VZ), Annex No. 8 to the tender conditions – Itemized Price List (Annex No. 8a for Part 1 of the VZ, Annex No. 8b for Part 2 of the VZ, Annex No. 8c for Part 3 of the VZ, Annex No. 8d for Part 4 of the VZ), and Annex No. 9 to the tender conditions – Technical Parameters of the Subject Matter of Performance (Annex No. 9a for Part 1 of the VZ, Annex No. 9b for Part 2 of the VZ, Annex No. 9c for Part 3 of the VZ, Annex No. 9d for Part 4 of the VZ). • The public contract is divided into parts: Part 1 of the VZ – Three-layer face masks with elastic loops Part 2 of the VZ – Three-layer face masks with ties Part 3 of the VZ – Surgical face masks with an anti-reflective strip Part 4 of the VZ – Surgical face masks with protection against fogging of glasses • The supplier is entitled to submit a tender for one part, several parts, or all parts of the public contract. • Each part of the public contract will be assessed and evaluated separately. • Unless otherwise stipulated below, the tender conditions apply to all parts of the public contract. • The quantity of the subject matter of performance in the individual items specified in Annex No. 8 to the tender conditions – Itemized Price List (Annex No. 8a for Part 1 of the VZ and Annex No. 8b for Part 2 of the VZ, Annex No. 8c for Part 3 of the VZ, Annex No. 8d for Part 4 of the VZ), is indicative, or rather estimated. The contracting authority is entitled to determine the specific quantity and performance period of individual partial deliveries according to its immediate, or rather current, needs with regard to the composition of patients, without any penalty or other sanction imposed by the selected supplier.
