The subject matter of the public contract is the supply of new (not refurbished) medical instruments and equipment (for equipping Emergency Department workplaces), including assembly, installation, commissioning of the supplied equipment, and instruction of operators, with the aim of equipping the workplaces (acquiring new capacity) with a set of instrument-type medical devices. The public contract is divided into lots within the meaning of Section 101 of the ZZVZ; participants are entitled to submit a tender for all lots of the public contract or any combination of individual lots, including a tender for only one lot of the public contract.
