The subject matter of the public contract is the supply of 1 new M1 category passenger vehicle – a van with a capacity of 8 seats, intended for driver training at a driving school, in accordance with the Technical Specification of the subject matter of performance. The performance also includes ensuring all actions necessary for the proper delivery of the vehicle and its commissioning and use for practical driver training, in particular delivery of the vehicle to the contracting authority's registered office, inspection and demonstration of its functionality upon handover, delivery of equipment prescribed by legal regulations and technical standards, handover of all documents required for registration, commissioning and use of the vehicle in the Czech language, documentation of compliance with technical and legal requirements, and provision of training to the contracting authority's designated personnel.
