Opportunity description

The subject matter of this public contract is the supplier’s obligation to: a) carry out a complete replacement of the LAN backbone infrastructure for the contracting authority at the place of performance in accordance with the Draft Contract, where this replacement includes the supply and installation of new active components in the contracting authority’s infrastructure, migration of the existing configuration and commissioning together with integration into monitoring and handover of documentation, in accordance with the technical specification set out in Annex No. 1a to the Draft Contract (hereinafter referred to as the “Goods”); b) provide the contracting authority with service support for the performance specified under letter a) of this paragraph, comprising: ba) incident resolution, bb) configuration services, bc) consulting services, all in accordance with Annex No. 2 to the Draft Contract (hereinafter referred to as “Service Support”). The subject matter of performance further includes: a) transport and delivery of the Goods to the place of performance specified in Article III, paragraph 5 of the Draft Contract and moving them to the installation site in accordance with the contracting authority’s instructions; b) installation, configuration and implementation of the Goods as a functional whole into the existing infrastructure in the contracting authority’s environment, including commissioning together with integration into monitoring, all of this, all of this in accordance with Annex No. 1a to the Draft Contract; c) handover of records and documents relating to the use of the Goods, in particular technical documentation, including documentation of parameters, configurations and settings, in Czech or English in electronic form (PDF or MS Word format); declaration of conformity; operating documentation; or delivery notes, warranty certificates for individual components, and documentation pursuant to Annex No. 1a to the Draft Contract; d) provision of the right to use those parts or components of the Goods that constitute or contain copyrighted works or other intellectual property rights, to the extent specified in the Draft Contract; e) training of designated employees of the contracting authority, numbering no more than 5 persons, for at least 5 working days, in the operation and configuration of the Goods, including determination of routine maintenance after signature of the Implementation Protocol, and subsequently no more than 5 persons for 5 working days during the term of the contract (hereinafter referred to as “operator training”). For this configuration of the Goods, the supplier shall provide the contracting authority with an overview of the basic required control parameters; f) verification of the functionality of the Goods through trial operation, including the performance of acceptance tests pursuant to Article VI of the Draft Contract (hereinafter collectively also referred to as the “subject matter of performance”). Service Support pursuant to 3.1 letter b) of these Tender Documents shall be provided by the supplier for a period of 5 years from the signature of the Handover Protocol pursuant to Article VI, paragraph 3 of the Draft Contract. Service Support includes the provision of all updates and upgrades released by the manufacturer throughout the warranty period and throughout the period during which Service Support is provided.
