The subject matter of public contracts awarded under the DPS is specified according to the individual categories of this DPS as follows: 1. Protective work footwear The subject matter of the public contracts will be the supply of protective work footwear according to the Contracting Authority's needs. 2. Protective workwear The subject matter of the public contracts will be the supply of protective workwear according to the Contracting Authority's needs. 3. Protective workwear for technical job positions The subject matter of the public contracts will be the supply of non-reflective protective workwear for technical job positions according to the Contracting Authority's needs. 4. Protective work equipment for working at heights The subject matter of the public contracts will be the supply of protective work equipment for working at heights (e.g. safety harnesses, safety ropes, carabiners, safety equipment for suspension work) according to the Contracting Authority's needs. 5. Specific protective work equipment The subject matter of the public contracts will be the supply of specific protective work equipment (e.g. work gloves, caps, neck warmers, safety glasses, according to the Contracting Authority's needs. The subject matter of the Public Contract is the conclusion of one (1) framework agreement with one (1) supplier for the supply of protective work equipment for working at heights for year-round use for the needs of the Contracting Authority's field employees. The framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 12 months or until the financial framework specified in this framework agreement is exhausted. Procedure: oth-single.
