Opportunity description

The subject of the procurement procedure is the establishment of a DPS for awarding public contracts under the DPS for the supply of surgical instruments for the operating theatres, procedure rooms and outpatient clinics of FN Olomouc. A dynamic purchasing system means a fully electronic procedure for routine purchases according to the contracting authority's operational needs. The establishment of the DPS does not oblige the supplier to use it when awarding public contracts for the given subject matter of performance. The contracting authority's objective is to have a broad range of suppliers who will be invited to submit tenders for the performance of individual partial public contracts and thus, for the duration of the DPS, ensure the continuous award of public contracts for the supply of surgical instruments so as to ensure maximum efficiency of the financial resources expended and the reliability of the deliveries made. The DPS is not divided into categories within the meaning of Section 138(1) of the ZZVZ. Procedure: restricted. Estimated value: 50,000,000 CZK.
