The subject matter of the public contract is the supply of new, unused, non-refurbished and pre-washed surgical instruments ("operating theatre instrumentation") and related equipment, including in particular the supply of sterilization containers and instrument baskets, the supply of a safety stock of instruments, including a mobile cabinet for its storage, and software for recording instruments in the safety cabinet. The performance also includes transport, installation, commissioning of the equipment, training of operators, free warranty service, and the performance of mandatory safety and technical inspections after the warranty expires.
