The subject matter of the public contract is the purchase of a total of 6 new passenger cars, of which 4 are lower-medium-class or medium-class passenger cars and 2 are electrically powered passenger cars. This public contract is divided into 2 (two) lots within the meaning of Section 101 of the ZZVZ: Lot 1 of the public contract - 4 lower-medium-class or medium-class passenger cars (hereinafter also referred to as “Lot 1 of the public contract”) Lot 2 of the public contract - 2 electrically powered passenger cars (hereinafter also referred to as “Lot 2 of the public contract”) The conditions and requirements set out in the procurement documentation always apply equally to both lots of the public contract unless expressly stipulated otherwise. The supplier may submit a tender for one or both lots of the public contract.
