The subject of the procurement procedure is the establishment of a DPS for awarding public contracts within the DPS for the supply of medicinal products, primarily for the Pharmacy of Olomouc University Hospital. The contracting authority’s objective is to have a broad range of suppliers who will be invited to submit tenders for the performance of individual partial public contracts and thus, for the duration of the DPS, ensure the continuous award of public contracts for the supply of medicinal products so as to ensure maximum efficiency of the financial resources expended and the reliability of the supplies provided.
