The contracting authority’s objective is to have a broad pool of suppliers who will be invited to submit tenders for the performance of individual partial public contracts, and thus to ensure, throughout the duration of the DPS, the continuous award of public contracts for the supply of medicinal products so as to ensure maximum efficiency in the expenditure of financial resources and the reliability of the deliveries made.
