Opportunity description
The subject matter of the public contracts awarded under the established DNS will be the preparation of simplified project documentation and related engineering activities, technical support, author’s supervision, and related services in connection with the provision of generally non-investment maintenance work and repairs associated with the routine maintenance of entrusted property. These may also be awarded as a set of planned activities for a given period. The preparation of simplified project documentation includes the preparation of investor budgets and bills of quantities for work and services, generally prepared according to OTSKP price lists, or alternatively ÚRS or operational and other price lists as required by the contracting authority. The use of items for engineering activities is necessary, for example, when dealing with authorities on matters concerning various types of permits, negotiating access, temporary occupation, etc. In view of the lower complexity, small scope, and relatively low value of the individual contracts, the so-called White Book of Contractual Conditions will not be used for this type of documentation. Maintenance work within the meaning of routine maintenance generally does not require the preparation of project documentation pursuant to the Directive, and the scope of the work will be specified by the specific contract. Simplified project documentation may be required not only for construction work but also for services. In particular, this includes, for example, the cleaning of ditches or other structures requiring the preparation, prior to awarding the maintenance work itself, of a more detailed, time-consuming condition survey that the Contracting Authority cannot provide for capacity reasons. The exact specification will be stated in the specific contract. Contracts will be concluded by the individual operating units of the Contracting Authority, as needed, for one or more planned activities, generally for a period of one year, according to the activity plan for the following period. This involves the preparation of a budget, including a bill of quantities and a technical report, for repairs to bridges following HMP 2025. The description for each bridge is provided in the table, which forms an integral part. The following will be carried out: ⦁ Inspection of all bridge structures (MO) ⦁ Measurement of individual parts to determine repair quantities ⦁ Geodetic surveying where necessary to determine repair quantities ⦁ Discussion of defects and their classification with the contracting authority ⦁ Preparation of a technical report describing the individual defects and a technical proposal for solutions within the scope of PDPS (for awarding the construction contract – selection of the contractor), including photographic documentation of the defects ⦁ Preparation of drawings for the repair of defects that require them to ensure sufficient specification when awarding the construction contract / selecting the contractor. Procedure: restricted. Estimated value: 100,000,000 CZK. Review the original TED notice for the complete requirement, lots, amendments and attachments.
