Opportunity description

The subject matter of public contracts awarded under the established DPS will be the preparation of simplified project documentation and related engineering activities, technical support, designer’s supervision, and related services in connection with the provision of generally non-investment maintenance work and repairs associated with the routine maintenance of entrusted assets. These may also be awarded as a set of planned projects for a given period. The preparation of simplified project documentation includes the preparation of investor cost estimates and lists of works and services, generally prepared according to the OTSKP price lists, or alternatively the ÚRS or operating and other price lists, as required by the client. The use of items for engineering activities is necessary, for example, when dealing with authorities regarding various types of permits, negotiating access, temporary occupation, etc. Given the lower complexity, small scope, and relatively low value of individual contracts, the so-called White Book of Contract Conditions will not be used for this type of documentation. Maintenance work within the meaning of routine maintenance generally does not require the preparation of project documentation pursuant to the Directive, and the scope of work will be specified in the specific contract. Simplified project documentation may also be required for services in addition to construction work. In particular, this includes, for example, the cleaning of ditches or other structures requiring the preparation of a more detailed, time-consuming condition survey before the maintenance work itself is commissioned, which the Contracting Authority cannot provide due to capacity constraints. The exact specification will be stated in the specific contract. Contracts will be concluded by the individual operating units of the Contracting Authority, as needed, for one or more planned projects, generally for a period of one year, according to the project plan for the following period.
