The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of two framework agreements without reopening competition, each between the contracting authority and one supplier, on the basis of which public supply contracts will be awarded. 1.2. Subject matter of public contracts awarded on the basis of the framework agreement The subject matter of the public contract is the continuous supply of personal protective equipment (hereinafter also referred to as “PPE”). Part 1 - Workwear and protective equipment The list of PPE supply items, including the estimated quantity and minimum technical conditions, is provided for Part 1 in Annex A1-1. The goods will be purchased continuously, according to the buyer’s needs, with delivery to the designated road maintenance depots of the Road Administration and Maintenance of the Pardubice Region, contributory organization.
