The subject of the public contract is the long-term provision of transport services in the administrative territory of the city of Přelouč through public passenger transport services for a period of 10 years. The public service contract will be concluded immediately after the completion of the procurement procedure and the fulfillment of all statutory conditions for its conclusion. The contracting authority expects performance to commence on 1 January 2029, taking into account the provision of sufficient time to secure the vehicles required for the provision of public services. Expected commencement of the procurement procedure: 6.9.2027. Given its nature as a contract for bus transport services, the public service contract will be awarded in an open procedure pursuant to Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on Public Procurement.
