Opportunity description

The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement within the meaning of Section 131 et seq. of the Act. The subject of the public contract is the supply of 10 (ten) Standard-type (Sd) buses intended for urban public transport, which the contracting authority operates as a carrier within the Prague Integrated Transport (“PID”) system. The contracting authority requires the buses to be supplied in the standard applicable to vehicles used within the PID system, i.e., among other things, in the prescribed uniform appearance and with passenger information elements, passenger check-in elements, and other mandatory technical vehicle equipment certified for operation within PID, all in accordance with the technical specification, which forms Annex No. 4 to the procurement documentation and will form an annex to the concluded framework agreement and the purchase contract concluded on its basis. The subject of the public contract also includes related supplies and services, the obligation to supply or provide which follows from the draft framework agreement, which forms Annex No. 1 to the procurement documentation, and from the draft purchase contract, which forms Annex No. 3 to the procurement documentation.
