The subject matter of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement within the meaning of Section 131 et seq. of the Act. The subject matter of the public contract is the supply of 20 (twenty) Midibus (Md) buses intended for urban public transport, which the contracting authority operates as a carrier within the Prague Integrated Transport system (“PID”). The contracting authority requires the buses to be supplied in accordance with the standard applicable to vehicles used within the PID system, i.e., among other things, with the prescribed uniform appearance and passenger information elements, passenger handling elements, and other mandatory technical vehicle equipment certified for operation within PID, all in accordance with the technical specification, which constitutes Annex No. 4 to the procurement documentation and will constitute an annex to the concluded framework agreement and to the purchase contract concluded on its basis. The subject matter of the public contract also includes related supplies and services, the obligation to supply or provide which follows from the draft framework agreement, which constitutes Annex No. 1 to the procurement documentation, and from the draft purchase contract, which constitutes Annex No. 3 to the procurement documentation.
