Opportunity description

The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement within the meaning of Section 131 et seq. of the Act. The subject of the public contract is the supply of electric buses in the following composition: (i) 3 units (three units) of new two-axle, three-door, low-floor electrically powered buses in the 11–13 m category; (ii) 3 units (three units) of new three-axle, four-door, articulated low-floor electrically powered buses in the 17–18.75 m category; all in accordance with the technical specification, which forms Annex No. 4 to the procurement documentation and which will form an annex to the concluded framework agreement and the purchase contract concluded on its basis. The subject of the public contract also includes related supplies and services for which the obligation to supply or provide them arises from the draft framework agreement, which forms Annex No. 1 to the procurement documentation, and from the draft purchase contract, which forms Annex No. 3 to the procurement documentation.
