The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement within the meaning of Section 131 et seq. of the Act. The subject of the public contract is 1 unit (one unit) of a new two-axle, two-door, low-floor, electrically powered bus in the 8–10 m category in accordance with the technical specification, which forms Annex No. 4 to the procurement documents and which will form an annex to the concluded framework agreement and to the purchase contract concluded on the basis thereof. The subject of the public contract also includes related supplies and services, the obligation to deliver or provide which arises from the draft framework agreement, which forms Annex No. 1 to the procurement documents, and from the draft purchase contract, which forms Annex No. 3 to the procurement documents.
