Opportunity description
The subject matter of this public contract is the provision of the operation of a collection yard. The contracting authority states that the collection yard is located at Králův Dvůr, Pod Litní 490 (Levín district). The land in question is owned by the town and will be provided to the selected supplier for the purpose of performing the contract. Before commencing operation of the collection yard, the supplier must ensure that it is equipped for operation, including the provision of containers, operating premises, etc., in accordance with the applicable hygiene regulations. Furthermore, before commencing operation of the collection yard, the supplier must obtain all necessary administrative permits (e.g. the consent of the relevant regional authority to operate the facility). The collection yard will be operated at least during the times specified in Annex No. 4 to the contract. Records of waste deposits will be maintained using a suitable system, e.g. citizen cards, chips, chip cards, etc. (physical presence of the citizen), for at least 7,210 persons (persons over 18 years of age with permanent residence in the town). The costs of this system, including the supply of chips or cards, shall be borne by the supplier. The contracting authority will administer the supplied system. The operator will record waste deposits against a specific person. If that person exceeds the specified limit per person/year, the price for depositing waste at the collection yard will be paid directly by that natural person, directly to the collection yard operator. The prices charged to these persons must not exceed the prices awarded in this procurement procedure. The contracting authority has concluded an agreement with EKO-KOM concerning the take-back and recovery of packaging waste; see Annex No. 9 to the procurement documentation. The contracting authority requires the collection yard to accept at least the types of waste listed in Annex No. 1 to the contract; the annex also specifies who pays for depositing the waste. Annex No. 3 to the contract specifies the weight limits up to which the contracting authority pays for the deposit of selected types of waste. The contracting authority draws suppliers’ attention to the fact that the procurement documentation is a summary of the contracting authority’s requirements and not a definitive summary of all requirements arising from generally known applicable and professional standards. When preparing its tender, the supplier must therefore always comply not only with the requirements contained in the procurement documentation, but also with the provisions of the relevant generally binding standards. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 40,000,000 CZK. Review the original TED notice for the complete requirement, lots, amendments and attachments.
