The subject matter of both lots of this public contract is the continuous supply of consumables and diagnostics in accordance with Act No. 375/2022 Coll., on medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices, as amended and in force (hereinafter referred to as the “Medical Devices Act”), specifically dialysis sets (including consumables) compatible with Fresenius 5008 and Fresenius 6008 hemodialysis machines (for lot No. 1) and B.
