Opportunity description

The subject matter of the public contracts awarded under the established DNS will be the provision of maintenance and repairs, including related supplies, of low-current electrical and telematics equipment belonging to the infrastructure of ŘSD s. p., to ensure reliable operation, with an emphasis on ensuring the fault-free operation of telematics systems (e.g. SOS call boxes TCS IP, camera system, information portals, PDZ weather station and thermometer, barriers at exits, BK and MX switchboards, RM3, EZS, ASIM – wrong-way driving detection, parking occupancy detection, dispatch equipment at the dispatch centre, technology servers and the relevant SW, and others) managed by the individual departments of the Contracting Authority, particularly in the technology rooms and dispatch centres of SSÚD/Administrations. Within the established DNS, maintenance is understood as servicing and maintenance work, minor repairs, performance of electrical inspections and tests, and provision of an emergency service, including a dispatch centre and remote monitoring. These are primarily planned activities. Repairs and related supplies within the established DNS are understood as the rectification of failures and defects, including diagnostics and pricing of the scope of repairs, while they usually require the supply of specific spare parts or entire devices, are more time-consuming, or require machinery. The need for them is often caused by damage resulting from a traffic accident, a third party, atmospheric effects (thunderstorm activity), age, wear and tear, etc. They may also include the preventive replacement of systems and equipment or parts thereof. The exact scope will always be specified by an itemised budget within the individual invitations to tender. The subject matter of the public contract under the established DNS will be to ensure the fault-free functionality of telematics systems and the operational capability of electrical equipment on the D35 class II motorway and its rest area in order to maintain road traffic safety on the motorway. This concerns the following equipment: camera system, cable lines including switchboards, remote monitoring and breakdown service, information portals (ZPI and PDZ). Procedure: restricted.
