Opportunity description

The subject matter of the public contracts awarded under the established DNS will be the maintenance and repair (including related supplies) of heavy-current systems and equipment and cable routes belonging to the infrastructure managed by ŘSD s. p., in order to ensure their reliable operation. The aim is, in particular, to ensure the trouble-free operation of power supply points for supplying the motorway’s telematic systems (DIS – SOS, camera system, weather stations, automatic traffic counters, individual communication blocks, MX switchboards, electrical barriers, ZPI and PDZ, technology rooms). The term maintenance within the established DNS includes servicing and maintenance work, minor repairs, the performance of electrical inspections and tests, and the provision of an emergency service, including dispatching. These are predominantly activities planned in advance. The term repairs within the established DNS includes the rectification of failures and defects, which usually require the supply of specific spare parts or entire devices, are more time-consuming, or require machinery. The need for them is often caused by damage during a traffic accident, by a third party, by atmospheric effects (thunderstorm activity), by age, wear and tear, etc. Repairs may also include the preventive replacement of systems and equipment or their parts. Maintenance and repairs will be carried out in accordance with the conditions of this procurement documentation and the individual invitations to submit tenders under the DNS pursuant to Section 141 of the ZZVZ, where the subject matter of the performance will be specified in detail, including the technical and contractual conditions. The exact scope will always be determined by an itemized budget in the individual invitations to submit a tender.
