Opportunity description

The subject matter of the public contract is the provision of comprehensive inspection services for the period 2027-2028. In accordance with Section 35 of the ZZVZ, the public contract is divided into five lots: Lot 1: Provision of inspection services for electrical equipment in the public lighting network - Sub-lot 1A - Sub-lot 1B Lot 2: Provision of railway inspection services for electrical equipment in the urban furniture network Lot 3: Provision of inspection services for electrical equipment in the urban furniture network Lot 4: Provision of inspection services for the municipal camera system Lot 5: Provision of inspection services for appliances and tools on THMP premises The subject matter of Lot 4 of the public contract entitled “Provision of inspection services for the municipal camera system” is the conclusion of a contract for work with 1 selected supplier for the years 2027 and 2028 to provide regular inspections for the municipal camera system The subject matter of Lot 5 of the public contract entitled “Provision of inspection services for appliances and tools on THMP premises” is the conclusion of a contract for work with 1 selected supplier for the years 2027 and 2028 to provide inspections for appliances and tools on THMP premises The subject matter of Lot 3 of the public contract entitled “Provision of inspection services for electrical equipment in the urban furniture network” is the conclusion of a contract for work with 1 selected supplier for the years 2027 and 2028 to provide regular inspections of the electrical installations of bus stop shelters in the urban furniture network pursuant to Act No. 250/2021 Coll., on occupational safety in connection with the operation of designated technical equipment and on amendments to related acts, as amended, and Government Regulation No. 190/2022 Coll., on designated technical electrical equipment and requirements for ensuring its safety, as amended. The subject matter of Lot 2 of the public contract entitled “Provision of railway inspection services for electrical equipment in the urban furniture network” is the conclusion of a contract for work with 1 selected supplier for the years 2027 and 2028 to provide regular railway inspections of the electrical installations of tram stop shelters and combined bus and tram stop shelters in the urban furniture network pursuant to Act No. 266/1994 Coll., on railways, as amended, and Decree No. 16/2012 Coll., on the professional competence of persons operating railway vehicles and persons carrying out inspections, examinations and tests of designated technical equipment, as amended. The subject matter of Lot 1 of the public contract entitled “Provision of inspection services for electrical equipment in the public lighting network” is the conclusion of two contracts for work for each sub-lot (divided by area into sub-lots 1A and 1B) with 1 selected supplier for each sub-lot for the years 2027 and 2028 to provide regular inspections of the electrical installations of switching points, lighting points, crossings and related public lighting equipment pursuant to Act No. 250/2021 Coll., on occupational safety in connection with the operation of designated technical equipment and on amendments to related acts, as amended, and Government Regulation No. 190/2022 Coll., on designated technical electrical equipment and requirements for ensuring its safety, as amended.
