Opportunity description

1. This public contract is divided into lots (pursuant to Sections 35 and 101 of the ZZVZ). Each lot of the public contract constitutes a completely separate subject of the contracting authority’s procedure in the procurement proceedings. Unless the procurement documentation stipulates otherwise, the individual provisions of this procurement documentation apply to all lots of the public contract. A more detailed division of the public contract into lots is provided in Part IV of this procurement documentation. 2. The outcome of this public contract will be, for each lot, the conclusion of a framework agreement with at least one supplier and no more than 15 suppliers. The duration of this framework agreement is set at 12 calendar months from the date on which it enters into effect. The places of performance are the individual centers and road maintenance depots of the Contracting Authority. Inspections, maintenance and repairs of vehicles apply to the Contracting Authority’s vehicles of this make. The Contractor must have a business establishment (vehicle acceptance location) or collect and deliver the vehicle free of charge at the agreed location. Provision of consultations during maintenance and repairs carried out in-house by the Contracting Authority’s employees, including the supply of the necessary spare parts and other consumables.
