Opportunity description

The subject matter of the Public Contract is the conclusion of a purchase agreement under which the selected supplier will be obliged to supply a complete set of BEMU-type vehicles intended for the regional passenger rail transport segment. In view of the current conditions of the Tender Procedure, the Contracting Authority anticipates the delivery of a total of at least 13 regular vehicles intended for the fulfilment of public service obligations under the conditions of the Tender Procedure, each with at least 140 seats and with the capacity to transport at least 2 wheelchairs and, at the same time, at least 2 baby carriages. The precise and/or additional requirements for the vehicles, including specification of the final and binding number of vehicles, may be specified during negotiations in the tender phase of the Procurement Procedure.
