Opportunity description

The subject of this procurement procedure is the conclusion of a Framework Agreement containing contractual terms for the performance of individual partial contracts for the provision of implementation services for customer information systems, including integration and backend components. The Framework Agreement will be concluded with a maximum of eight (8) participants. On the basis of the Framework Agreement, in the manner specified therein, the contracting authority will order performance each time according to its current needs in terms of timing and scope. The contracting authority is not obliged to draw on performance under the Framework Agreement. Implementation services will be provided: - during the development and implementation of new information systems, including corresponding process consulting, - during the development of or changes to existing information systems, - during the upgrading of information systems to higher versions, - during the development and modification of new and existing integrations within information systems and also with external systems operated by the contracting authority, or when addressing IS/IT architecture to ensure their efficient operation.
