Opportunity description

The subject of this procurement procedure is the conclusion of a Framework Agreement containing contractual terms and conditions for the performance of individual partial contracts for the provision of implementation services for customer information systems, including integration and backend components. The Framework Agreement will be concluded with a maximum of eight (8) participants. On the basis of the Framework Agreement, and in the manner specified therein, the contracting authority will order performance in each case at the time and to the extent corresponding to its current needs. The contracting authority is not obliged to draw on performance under the Framework Agreement. Implementation services will be provided: - in the development and implementation of new information systems, including corresponding process consulting, - in the development or modification of existing information systems, - in carrying out upgrades of information systems to higher versions, - in the development and modification of new and existing integrations within information systems and also with external systems operated by the contracting authority, or in addressing IS/IT architecture to ensure their efficient operation.
