The subject matter of the public contract is - the supply and implementation of a system for the registration and management of cultural property for NPÚ (hereinafter referred to as the “System”), including the provision of a licence to the System, while the technical parameters for the System are set out in Annex No. 4 to these procurement documents (it will form Annex No. 1a to the contract); - the provision of maintenance services for the System, - the provision of development of the System requested by the contracting authority. More detailed conditions for the supply and implementation of the System and the provision of maintenance and System development services are specified in Annex No. 3 to these procurement documents: binding draft contract.
