Czechia – Software support services – Operational support for technologies securing the MHMP network perimeter

Opportunity description

The subject matter of the performance of the public contract being awarded (“public contract”) is the provision of the necessary operational support for security technologies that ensure the protection of the MHMP network perimeter. This involves the provision of services according to the following Catalogue Sheets (“KL”): • Catalogue Sheet 01 – Helpdesk and Servicedesk Services • Catalogue Sheet 02 – Incident Resolution • Catalogue Sheet 03 – Problem Management • Catalogue Sheet 04 – Performance of Service Interventions • Catalogue Sheet 05 – Consultations • Catalogue Sheet 06 – Monitoring and Supervision Service • Catalogue Sheet 07 – Security Maintenance • Catalogue Sheet 08 – Documentation Management These Catalogue Sheets will be provided for the individual technologies, based on the activation of the Technology Sheet (“TL”) for the given unit. These are: • TL01 – External Firewall • TL02 – Internal Firewall • TL03 – Firewall Management • TL04 – Endpoint Security • TL05 – Sandbox • TL06 – DDoS Protection • TL07 – Balancer & Application Firewall • TL08 – External DNS and SSL Certificate Management • TL09 – Vulnerability Management • TL10 – MČ Firewall Management • TL11a – MČ Firewall P1 – P22 • TL11b – MČ Firewall P23 – P57 • TL12 – Remote Access Management For the operation of these systems, it is necessary to ensure their comprehensive management, which includes not only their correct configuration and integration links, but also supervision, maintenance, preventive, mitigation and investigative activities. These systems have secured licences/M&S/RMA from the technology manufacturers; however, a qualified team is required for their monitoring, management and development in order to configure, operate and use them. The subject matter of the implementation of this public contract is therefore: a) transition of the existing operational management of security technologies (Takeover Services); b) operation and management defined by the Catalogue and Technology Sheets (Services according to the Catalogue Sheets); c) provision of Specialists’ activities for technology development beyond the scope of the Services according to the Catalogue Sheets, in the estimated scope of 756 MD; d) exit services. Operational support (Services according to the Catalogue Sheets) will be provided for a period of 36 months. Technology Sheets will be activated based on the contracting authority’s operational needs. Activation of TL11a and TL11b will depend on the activation and implementation of the technology for each respective MČ separately. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 46,802,000 CZK.
