Opportunity description

The subject matter of both lots of this public contract is the supply and installation of a photovoltaic power plant (hereinafter referred to as “FVE”), including its connection to the existing electrical installations of the buildings, connection to the contracting authority’s distribution system and the provision of servicing, including a guarantee of the supply of spare parts. The subject matter of both lots of this public contract is the supply of new FVE equipment (devices). The equipment must have been newly acquired or manufactured and must not previously have been used for its intended purpose. A detailed description of the subject matter of the performance is provided, in relation to the Swimming Pool lot, in the binding template contract for work constituting Annex No. 8 to the procurement documentation (hereinafter referred to as the “Swimming Pool contract”) and, in relation to the Ice Stadium lot, in the binding template contract for work constituting Annex No. 9 (hereinafter referred to as the “Ice Stadium contract”; the Swimming Pool contract and the Ice Stadium contract hereinafter jointly referred to as the “contracts”). The subject matter is the supply and installation of an FVE on the swimming pool building in the territory of the city of Nymburk (Labe Relaxation Centre), with a detailed description of the subject matter of the performance of this lot provided in the Swimming Pool contract. The subject matter is the supply and installation of an FVE on the ice stadium building in the territory of the city of Nymburk (Nymburk Ice Stadium), with a detailed description of the subject matter of the performance of this lot provided in the Ice Stadium contract.
