The Contracting Authority (UHK) intends to conduct a Design & Build tender for comprehensive implementation, incl. the operation of three photovoltaic power plants at 3 points of supply (capacities of approx. 45 kWp, 45 kWp, 200 kWp); the subject matter of the contract will include in particular: - design preparation, - supply and installation of photovoltaic power plants, - servicing, - monitoring, energy management, - licensed operation. The objective of these preliminary market consultations is to obtain information from the market that will help define the subject matter and conditions of the planned tender for the supply of photovoltaic power plants so that they correspond as closely as possible to UHK's needs and are established in accordance with suppliers' actual capabilities. At this stage, the preliminary market consultations are being conducted in writing through this online questionnaire for suppliers. The Contracting Authority does not rule out the possibility of subsequently conducting the preliminary market consultations in another written or, where applicable, oral form; in the case of oral communication, its content will be sufficiently documented, in particular by written minutes and an audio or audio-visual recording.
