The subject of the public contract is the construction of a new Kranioprogram building, which will be connected by a new connecting corridor to the existing “Parkpavilon” building, as well as new physiotherapy exercise rooms and administrative facilities. Underground parking spaces for patients and employees and spaces for backup electrical power sources will be created in the basement of the new building. The subject of the public contract also includes the reconstruction of the historic part of the building to make use of the spaces vacated by operations relocated to the new Kranioprogram building, an increase in the capacity of staff facilities, modernization of operational spaces, and construction modifications necessary for the communication link between the two buildings.
