Opportunity description

The subject of this above-threshold public contract is the supply of an audio-visual (AV) technology system for the city council meeting room in the building of the Ústí nad Labem City Hall, including its installation, integration, configuration, commissioning, and operator training. The AV system will serve in particular to provide sound reinforcement for the hall, video projection, and electronic voting and includes all necessary HW and SW equipment, technologies, IT equipment, and related electrical installation work. The subject of the performance also includes related construction and technical work of a supporting, secondary, and supplementary nature in relation to the main performance consisting of the supply of AV technology. This work includes in particular modifications to the meeting room, replacement of furniture and floor coverings, installation of new ventilation equipment, replacement of the MaR system, replacement of underfloor heating pipes, modifications to the stone window sills, including cutting new openings for heating, and the construction of new wooden window-sill covers.
