On the basis of the Framework Agreement, the contracting authority will award the participants in the Framework Agreement individual partial contracts for services according to the contracting authority's current needs, without a limit on the construction costs of the structures to which the services relate. The subject matter of the public contract for the conclusion of the framework agreement is the performance of individual partial contracts for construction works consisting in the preparation of diagnostic surveys of roads according to the contracting authority's current needs. A diagnostic survey of selected sections of road I/10 must be carried out as a basis for the preparation of project documentation for the reconstruction of this road. Procedure: open.
