The subject matter of the public contracts awarded under the DPS will be the supply of trees intended for replacement planting along roads, or the supply of trees together with the implementation of replacement planting for the contracting authority on the basis of decisions by municipal and local authorities – environmental protection departments in the South Bohemian Region. The subject matter of the public contracts will consist solely of the supply of trees intended for replacement planting along roads in the South Bohemian Region according to the contracting authority's instructions, in accordance with the decisions of municipal and local authorities, including transport to the place of performance.
